Tillyjay Stylez & Beauty Inc. - Product Order & Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders & Orders:

• For pre-ordered products, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, and any initial deposits or payments made will not be refunded.
• Once a product has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Refunds:

• Refunds for services or products are not available once the service has been provided or the product has been shipped.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges may be possible for unused products in their original condition.
