Returns (Wigs & Hair Units):

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is unopened and the security seal is intact.
• Refund is issued within 7 business days. 
• Once the seal on the box is broken, returns or refunds are not accepted.
• Worn, installed, colored,cut lace or altered wigs are considered final sale.
