Processing: Orders typically process within 7-14 business days after payment confirmation.

During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping: We ship exclusively with UPS and DHL

Once dispatched, most Canada orders arrive in approximately 3-4 business days. Tracking is sent via email after shipment.

 

Fraud Policy

Due to increased fraud activity, we do not ship to certain countries. Orders flagged as high-risk may require additional verification before processing.We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be verified.All custom wig orders are final sale and non-refundable.
